A few things people have to say about their new family members.
Sugar is still very much Sugar or Sugar-Booger! We kept her name. She responded to it and we did not wish to confuse her, plus she is super sweet!!! She has the sheltie smile too! They love the snow, which is just now melting She is incredibly agile and very smart.. We love her very much and so do the other pups! Thank you again for making it possible for us to have her. Terra
Remi is doing great! He has been a wonderful addition to our family. He loves all the attention! He knows sit, lay down, stay, come, he waves at you and knows how to crawl. We are going to start agility classes after Christmas. We met a lady that lives near us, she also has a Sheltie, and told us they have their Sheltie in the course and loves it! I will send pictures soon. Mia
As you can see, my granddaughter, Aura, loves Annie to pieces. They have a great time, along with Layla. Annie is growing so fast, I can't believe it; her legs are so long and she's getting a lot of black fur now. She's so pretty and totally full of mischief. She also has a Halloween mask on her face. Razzle is doing great. He is trained well and very responsive to his training. He is an AKC Good Citizen and lives up to his title. He has become a very valuable member of our family. Judi and Duane
Riley is amazingly smart. I mean it's ridiculous how quickly he learns new tricks as well as simple commands. He's very sensitive too, if he gets scolded, he hangs his head low and you can tell he's obviously upset by it. At about 4mths of age now, he knows several commands and tricks. Sit, roll over, "bring", lay, crawl, "up" (meaning to stand on his hind legs), 360 (spins around in circle), stay (we're working on this one). There are a few more but I can't think of them right now.Potty training was super easy, he was completely housebroken by the time he was 9 weeks old. He's only had one accident in the house since then which was my fault. He walks pretty well on a leash, he's still getting sick on car rides but the car rides are too infrequent to help him get over that. He's the perfect size lap dog, he's very playful, and just loves to be around his people. Getting back to how smart and sensitive these dogs are. When we're both gone during the day, and when we first get home, he actually is so excited to see us but he also "yells" at us. Will come to us at first but then the way he acts is like he's telling us off for not being home, LOL. True story!
